We are seeking a Senior Consultant to help sell our digital marketing services.

This is a great position for someone interested in working with one of the most exciting digital marketing agencies in the Charlotte area. Your ability to develop strong relationships with clients and supply the right candidates at the right price and the right time will make for a very rewarding position. Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify potential clients who could need our digital marketing service using internet searches, networking, LinkedIn, and Jigsaw.
  • Email, follow-up, call and continuously nurture identified potential clients.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients. (30+ calls per day)
  • Qualify potential clients who need our digital marketing services.
  • Evaluate opportunities/projects with qualified potential clients.
  • Write proposals for opportunities/projects with qualified potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts potential clients.
  • Close deals and build agencies client base with new projects. 


What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of service sales experience. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills who can effectively communicate via telephone and email communications.
  • Assertive, highly motivated, organized, and a can do approach.
  • Personable, problem-solver and team player.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make things happen and close deals
  • A positive will-to-win attitude and a competitive spirit. 


Compensation:

  • This position is paid on full commission basis. 
  • Commission structure is negotiable based on experience and results. 
  • A successful Senior Consultant that finds, qualifies and closes 1 or 2 deals a month will make between $50K - $120K a year.
