About Our Studio

We're small, young and agile. We move on the fly and we're constantly adapting, which helps our clients succeed in today's changing marketplace. No watered-down results here. Our studio is a fun laid-back design environment comprised of a highly talented team focused on creating great work.

A Webcentric Approach

We believe a strong online presence is the most critical element for marketing any modern day business. Studiobanks harnesses the power of the internet by centering all marketing materials we design (i.e., branding, ads, collateral, brochures, etc.) around informative, easy-to-use websites that are memorable and create results for our clients.

Our Team

As President and Creative Director at Studiobanks, Banks is responsible for client relations, creative direction of every project, and acts as one of the company's four designers. Before founding Studiobanks in 2002, Banks earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and worked as a designer for Burke Communications.

As the newest member of the Studiobanks team, Alexis is responsible for new business development and account management. After graduating from Texas Tech University in three years, Morris Communications Company moved her to Charlotte in 2006 to work for skirt! Magazine as an account executive.

As Graphic Designer, Michael tackles many of the various design challenges our clients throw our way. He is a recent graduate of the Art Institute of Charlotte. While in school, Michael worked as the senior designer at 1st Metropolitan Mortgage.

As a Web Developer, Will Jardine has brought more stability to the day-to-day operations. Previously, Will earned a Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University with a concentration in illustration and graphic design. Before joining the ranks of Studiobanks Will was a designer at Image Plus Graphics, focusing primarily on catalog design and production.

As Vice President of Client Services at Studiobanks, Christy is responsible for client relations, project management and business operations, bringing over a decade of experience to Studiobanks. Since earning her BA in Communications from NC State University, Christy has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of the small business unit, across several industries.

As Senior Web Developer at Studiobanks, Michael specializes in web development, both building and supporting custom database applications. Before joining Studiobanks, Michael created commerce, marketing, and support internet applications for Comporium Communications. Michael is a graduate of USC-Lancaster.

As a junior web developer, Keeley brings a fresh style and perspective to Studiobanks. After graduating college with a degree in design he went out on his own as a freelance illustrator. While a freelancer he has worked for many high profile clients including Nike and Hasbro.

As a web developer, Chris Goodwin is involved with building and maintaining our clients' data-driven and informational web sites. Chris previously worked as a custom application developer and, most recently, graphic designer for Comporium Communications. He is a graduate of Winthrop University.
