Recognized worldwide as “Country Music’s Biggest Night,” the CMA Awards represent the pinnacle of industry achievement in one of America’s most beloved music genres. To promote the 44th annual event, the Country Music Association (CMA) needed a new microsite to maximize fan interaction and bring the CMA Awards’ level of sophistication and elegance to life online.
Referencing ABC’s key art, Studiobanks designed a festive microsite to provide fans with an all-access pass before and after the live broadcast, which would end up attracting a record 16.5 million viewers. The site not only generated buzz and amplified the red carpet glamour, but also captured special behind-the-scenes moments to complete an engaging fan experience. On the heels of completing this project, Studiobanks launched a holiday microsite to promote the first “CMA Country Christmas” television special.
