The Country Music Association (CMA), founded in 1958 as the first trade association for a single genre of music, plugs the world into country music through star-studded, signature events and community initiatives. On the heels of a successful redesign of the CMA Awards microsite, the CMA approached Studiobanks for a second digital marketing project. Merry Christmas, indeed!
For the first time, the CMA would host its own holiday television special filled with festive music and memories by some of country music’s finest. To entice fans to tune-in, the CMA needed a festive online destination that captured the holiday special as a must-see television event. To accomplish this, Studiobanks delivered a microsite that showcases the leading lineup of performing artists and incorporates social media sharing options to help generate buzz.
